Super-Foods: Foods That Boost Your Immune System and Keep You Healthy

The term "superfood" is used excessively in the food industry, and you should be wary of the marketing tricks using this catchy but undefined label. However, many foods referred to as superfoods are in fact great boosters for your immune system. Berries
Almost all berries are full of antioxidants, which are compounds that eliminate free radicals (damaging compounds that result from normal metabolic processes) within the body.
