Do not rely solely on supplements to build muscle. Some supplements are key when it comes to building muscle,
as it's difficult to get those nutrients any other way. But that
doesn't mean they can do the whole job for you. They are called
supplements because they are supposed to work in addition to a
nutritional eating plan. Use supplements only when they are absolutely necessary.
Set limits, but don't end a workout until you've used every
resource. Every time you do a set, don't give up until you are totally
exhausted and can't lift the weight even...
