In this article, I will tell you how to prepare a tasty and tangy breakfast.

1) The first recipe is green gram Cutlets.

Instructions for making green gram cutlets are:

a) In a bowl, add mashed potatoes, green gram, bread crumbs and mix well.
b) Knead with your hands to prepare the mixture.
c) Take some mixture in your hand and roll it and give it a round shape or any desire shape.
d) Heat the oil in a pan on medium flame, slide the cutlets in the hot oil carefully.
e) Fry it till they turn golden brown on both side.
f) Serve hot cutlets with green coriander chutney/tomato ketchup.

2) The second recipe is Cottage Cheese Tikka.

Instructions for making cottage cheese tikka are:

a) In a big bowl, add curd and beat it well.
b) Now add salt, black pepper powder and ginger paste, mix well.
c) Add the cottage cheese in the curd mix and toss it well, keep aside for 25-30 min.
d) Take out the cottage cheese pieces from the curd mix and place them on a plate.
e) Keep them in the fridge for 1-2 hours.
f) Heat the ghee/butter in a non stick pan on the low flame, put 4-5 marinated cottage cheese pieces.
g) Fry it till both sides turn light brown.
h) Heat the oil in a pan, add cumin powder, ginger paste and stir with a spoon.
i) Now add capsicum and cook for 1-2 min.
j) Now add fried cottage cheese pieces, tomatoes, chat masala, red chilli powder and mix well.
k) Garnish with green coriander and lemon slice.
l) Serve hot cottage cheese tikka with coriander chutney.
3) The third recipe is Rice Balls or Rice Fritters.

Instructions for making rice balls:
a) In a bowl, add cooked rice, salt, green chili, ginger, dry mango powder, red chili powder and coriander leaves, mix well.

b) Take out a small portion from the mixture equal to small ball and press it with both hands and flatten or give any desire shape.

c) Make as many such balls from the mixture and keep them on a plate.

For batter:---
d) In a bowl, add gram flour, salt, red chilli powder and coriander powder, mix well.

e) Make a smooth batter of the mixture by adding water into it and whisk the mixture with a spoon for 5-7 min.

f) Heat the oil in a pan, take one rice ball and dip it into the batter and slide the balls carefully.

g) Fry it till turns golden brown and crispy on both side.

h) Serve hot crispy rice balls with coriander chutney/tomato ketchup.
