Cold Finger Food Recipes for a Yard Sale Crowd

There are times when you would have to put together fast and healthy food for your friends, children and acquaintances. Or if you are holding a garage or yard sale with a bunch of friends, you could put up a stall with the help of some of the grown-up neighborhood children for those visitors of your sale. It is also a quick way to earn a bit a extra money and also keep the children occupied. Here are a few easy to make recipes that will sell like hot cake.

Mini Sandwiches for those who are picky.
Ingredients
  1. Dinner rolls/bread rolls (depends on the number of people you are expecting). Always keep extra rolls and bread in hand.
  2. Soft Butter
  3. Minced Ham
  4. Cheese thin slices
  5. Parsley
  6. Minced onions
Directions
Preheat the oven to 325 degree F
In large bowl mix all the ingredients, except the ham and cheese.
Spread this mixture generously on the dinner rolls/bread. On the top place the ham and cheese.
Place the sandwiches on a baking tray and bake either till the cheese melts or for 10 minutes. (The baking is for those who want to have hot sandwiches. For those who would prefer cold ones you can spread the mixture, cut the dinner rolls into small slices and serve it immediately.)
You can substitute ham with chicken/lamb or beef. You can even put your spread in chill tray for sometime, if there is a demand for cold sandwiches during a summer yard sale.
